Nothing everything was great.

The hotel offered an amazing new year experience with great food and a friendly environment. the security was top, notch with a well, secured parking area. the room was spacious and well, furnished with stable and quick Wi, Fi. the hotel was ideally located for travelers who want to cross the Ukrainian border with Romania.

The high cost of the espresso coffee, which seemed overpriced. the staff, though professional, seemed to be under some kind of pressure that affected their politeness and friendliness.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a heated towel rack in the bathroom, which was amazing for drying our clothes. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and we felt safe parking our car in the secure parking area. We also loved the location, which was conveniently close to a large supermarket and easy to find, as it was right off the main road.

Soundproofing is not up to standard.

We spent a nice Easter holiday at a hotel on the outskirts of the city. The hotel has a large and secured parking lot. The staff helped us with printing documents for free. We enjoyed the comfortable room with stable Wi-Fi and beautiful decoration.

The hotel only served breakfast and we had to look for dinner outside. The road near the hotel is busy and it was very noisy at night making sleeping difficult.
